RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and try to offer the best quality we can. We will bend over backwards to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
We'll exchange any quantity of coffee or tea if you're not completely satisfied (except boxed tea). You just pay the shipping. (ship the product back to us and enclose return shipping cost or credit card number. Return shipping cost is the same as the original cost to ship it to you, of course.
Note: Coffee and tea returns can be done no more than three times per year per address.
We cannot exchange or except returns of edible items originally part of baskets.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange, any non edible products (ie: coffee makers, earthen ware, cappuccino machines, etc.) damaged in shipping.
The product should be in original condition with box and packaging. We will replace and pay replacement shipping for all gift baskets damaged in shipping, provided we can pick up the damaged basket and its original packaging (this is necessary for us to file a claim with UPS).
Returns on hardware accompanied without receipt will not be accepted.
Returns after 14 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.

PLEASE ALLOW 1 DAY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. WE TRY VERY HARD TO PROCESS ALL ORDERS THE SAME DAY. ORDERS PLACED IN THE AFTERNOON ARE MOST LIKELY SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. PLEASE CALL THE STORE AT 1-800-262-5908 IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received and only Monday through Friday.
Empire/UPS does not ship on the weekends unless specified in your shipping.
Empire Coffee & Tea Co. is not responsible for errors in shipping address where it was the buyer who placed the wrong address.
